The tour was excellent, Manuel spoke very well and clearly. He is well informed and knowledgeable guide, he was attentive and it didn’t feel rushed. Before the tour started, he sent us a text to recap the meeting point and advising us to dress properly cause of the freezing temperatures (and he tried to take warm breaks indoor when possible) He really knows everything about history, monuments and the City! He also gave us a lot of useful personal advice

Oscar was very professional and knowledgeable. On a freezing day, he found a way to cover the important details and sites by arranging for alternate routes and warming stops. We appreciated his flexibility and understanding. It was a marvellous tour.
